Kudos Affiliates Scheme

  1. Make Money with our new affiliate program. If you have a website or blog, you can partner with us for free and start making money today.

  a. You can earn 5% of all net sales that are sent from your site. 

  b. It’s free to register.

  c. Boost traffic to your own site by showcasing our exclusive memorabilia and products and benefit from unlimited earnings potential.

  d. To make life easy, we provide the referral links and also the banners, if required.

  e. You can log into your account at any time and view a log of your payments and revenue.

  f. Kudos will process all orders and payments and facilitate all customer service enquiries, leaving you free to run your own business or blog without interruption.

  g. As an affiliate, you will be paid once you reach our minimum GBP£25.00 threshold. Payments will only be processed for transactions that have been successfully completed. Any transactions that result in refunds or chargebacks will not be paid out. 

  2. How do I apply?

  a. Fill out our quick and easy online application found under the ‘Affiliates’ tab in the website header.

  b. We will then review your application and, if successful, we will send you instructions on how to put the links on your website.

  c. Then simply put our smart affiliate links and optional banners on your website and start making money from your referrals.

  3. Can anyone be a Kudos Affiliate?

  a. We encourage partnerships with professional websites or blogs with brand synergy, who are interested in providing their customers or readers access to the unique products and memorabilia available from Kudos Memorabilia Ltd.

  4. Commission Rates and Payment Conditions

  a. The rates of commission payable to the Affiliate may be amended or varied by Kudos Memorabilia Ltd at any time without reference to the Affiliate. Any revised rate of commission payment shall take effect from the day the amended rate is published in the site.

  b. Affiliates that do not reach the £25 minimum commission threshold in a single calendar month will not lose their accrued commission. Instead, this commission will be carried over as a credit and applied to the next calendar month. This process shall continue, until the Affiliate reaches the minimum commission payment threshold, which will then trigger a payment.

  c. Affiliates will only be paid commissions for the first order made by their referral customer. Commissions will not be paid on orders made by existing customers of Kudos Memorabilia Ltd.

  d. We will not pay commission for products that an Affiliate purchases for itself through our affiliate links. This is classified as a self-referral and is prohibited under the rules of our scheme.

  5. Marketing Material and Promotional Links

  Affiliates cannot modify the promotional links, banners or other marketing materials provided by Kudos Memorabilia Ltd, without our consent in writing.

  6. Termination

   Your affiliate status in our program may be terminated for one or more of the following reasons:

  a. False claims and inappropriate advertisements, including misleading hyperlinks etc

  b. Advertising on sites that promote pornographic material or promote illegal activities.

  c. Deliberate spamming, including, but limited to, mass newsgroup postings or mass email dissemination.

  d. Fraudulent transactions and suspected affiliate fraud.

  e. Any inappropriate or unauthorised use of our affiliate links, banners, logos, branded elements or other marketing and promotional materials, which we have not explicitly authorised in writing.

  In addition to the above specified conditions, Kudos Memorabilia Ltd reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, and for any reason, without explanation or justification. 

  7. Liability

  Kudos Memorabilia Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages, including, but not limited to,  loss of revenue due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files or as a result of unforeseen technical failures, or any malicious damage to the affiliate program or associated website. We explicitly do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the program or its underlying functions. Consequently, we make no claim that the operation of the program or associated website will be free from errors and are therefore not liable for any errors or interruptions in service.

Kudos Memorabilia Ltd’s entire liability, in respect of any liability arising under this agreement, will not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to the Affiliate under the terms of this agreement.

  8. Indemnification

  Each affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Kudos Memorabilia Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those authorised by Kudos Memorabilia Ltd to distribute and transmit materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs). This includes, but is not limited to, all liabilities arising out of, or related to, any claims sustained in connection with this agreement, due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of the affiliate. 

  9. Terms and Conditions

  The term of this agreement begins after an affiliate’s acceptance into the program and ends upon its termination. We may modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time. Should you find changes to our terms and conditions unacceptable, you must terminate your affiliate account immediately, as your continuing participation in the program will constitute your unqualified acceptance of the changes.

  10. Governing Law

  This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. 

  11. Acceptance

  Upon acceptance, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read and understood the conditions of this agreement and agree to be bound by them.
